Shipment processing time

All orders will shipped to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canadian and APO/FPO/DPO addresses from factories located in China, warehouse in US or Amazon warehouse.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping rates are listed on the checkout page of your order. Parcels are usually delivered 10-15 business days after shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This email may come from Amazon as we occasionally use Amazon delivery services.

If you did not receive your tracking information, please contact us at service@peakingcharge.com. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Peakingtech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages

Peakingtech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
